Shipping policy
We deliver orders only in Bulgaria.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and an invoice.
If you haven’t received the order confirmation email, please contact us at: Office@ict-trade.com.
Delivery costs
We provide free delivery for orders over BGN 150,00. For orders less than BGN 150,00, the delivery fee is BGN 4,99.
You can get exact information about the cost of your shipment when completing your order check-out.
Please note that some products may have a mandatory delivery fee. These are bulky or heavy products (e.g. chairs, desks, etc.).
In the event that the user provides inaccurate or incorrect information and the goods are sent to the wrong address, the user is responsible for the courier service's costs to redirect the shipment.
If a shipment is not received more than once, the user is responsible for all courier costs, including for future orders, with ICT Trade determining the price.
The above delivery costs apply to orders by legal entities, too. The delivery terms and conditions for business partners are as stated in the agreement.
Delivery Period
The order fulfilment period is 3 (three) business days from receipt.
Orders received before 3:00 p.m. on a business day are processed that day, while orders received after 3:00 p.m. are processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following working day.
Please note that the delivery period may vary due to product availability, delivery method, and the time they are registered in our system.
Depending on the season and the workload of our courier partners, the delivery period may change. Therefore, before submitting your order, especially during the holidays, we advise you to double-check that your delivery will be by you on time.
You will be informed by email or phone when your order has been shipped.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product availability, we will notify you in a timely manner.
Delivery Methods
ICT Trade uses the delivery services of Speedy and Econt.
When finalising your order, you can choose between the following delivery methods: Delivery to a personal or business address or delivery to some of the offices of Speedy or Econt.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- Credit and debit card online payments (We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and more)
- Paysera
- Bank deposit
- Cash on delivery
All online card payments are processed via an external party. We use Gate2Payments.dk and Paysera as our payment service providers, which encrypt all card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. All the personal data that we collect is also fully encrypted on our servers.
