Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you have received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return.

Only partial refunds may be granted in some circumstances (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a 14-days period.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    In case you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

    1. Double-check your bank account.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
    3. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund appears in the bank account.
    4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Office@ict-trade.com. 

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Office@ict-trade.com and return it to ICT Trade LTD, 18 G.S. Rakovski street, office 6, 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria. 

    Gifts

    If the item has been marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you via email a gift certificate.

    If the item hasn’t been marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

    Return Shipping Information

    To return your product, you should mail it to ICT Trade LTD, 18 G.S. Rakovski street, office 6, 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria.

    You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
